Job Description

What You Bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) for North Dakota as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with pediatric clients, ideally within an educational environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and development, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, tailoring interventions to individual needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with staff and caregivers to support student success
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment for students of varied backgrounds and abilities
