What You Bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for North Dakota as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with pediatric clients, ideally within an educational environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP processes and development, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring as required
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Communicate regularly with staff and caregivers to support student success
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment for students of varied backgrounds and abilities
