Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in North Dakota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
What Youll Do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student success
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each childs unique needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer resources, strategies, and support to educational staff and families
- Support students in achieving their communication goals within the school setting
