Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in North Dakota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

What Youll Do:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student success
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each childs unique needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer resources, strategies, and support to educational staff and families
• Support students in achieving their communication goals within the school setting
