Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Virginia SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience providing school-based speech therapy preferred

What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments to determine therapy needs and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Engage with families regarding student progress and strategies for home support
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
