Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcomed
  • Recent experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy modalities is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional recommendations
  • Adapt therapy sessions for both in-person and teletherapy, as needed
