Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current (or eligibility for) state licensure as an SLP
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting

What Youll Do:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess and diagnose communication disorders utilizing evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement intervention plans to address each students unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school environment
