Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows also considered
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with educators and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support student achievement
