Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Passion for collaborating with fellow educators, parents, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions
  • Track student progress, document services, and report data in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Provide guidance, resources, and strategies to educators and families to reinforce communication skills
