Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or eligibility)
• Prior experience with pediatric populations from early childhood through high school
• Familiarity with school-based settings and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Provide targeted therapy to individuals and small groups, adapting activities for varied ages and abilities
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress and IEP goals
• Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver services in inclusive classrooms and specialized learning environments
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families for continued language support
