Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, including early childhood and school-aged children
  • Competency in delivering therapy to students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with data collection, documentation, and progress reporting in an educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and address educational goals
  • Design and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and student response
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and staff, offering strategies and resources for classroom integration
  • Maintain detailed records of services, assessments, and student outcomes
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process and communicate progress effectively
