A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving pediatric and school-aged populations. This role involves providing comprehensive speech therapy services to students ranging from early childhood through high school levels in an educational setting located in Everett, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Deliver speech therapy services across a wide age range, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (Grades K-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High School (Grades 9-12).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of pediatric and school-aged clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy within school settings, including early childhood and elementary through high school education levels.
- Strong knowledge of developmental speech and language disorders.
- Ability to work effectively with children across various age groups and developmental stages.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
