Job Description

As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, your expertise will help students reach important communication milestones and access their fullest potential.

Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates considered
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Experience working with school-aged children with diverse needs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

In this role, you will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
  • Write and maintain thorough and timely documentation, including evaluation reports and IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, faculty, and parents to provide the best outcomes for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide resources or strategies for classroom integration
  • Adapt intervention strategies to fit each students unique needs and learning style
