Your role will offer rewarding challenges across two high schools and one elementary school, providing valuable exposure to both specialized and general education settings. Half your week will be spent supporting life skills programming at the Westmoreland campus, particularly for students with individualized needs, while the other half centers on facilitating social communication goals at Lane schools. This is a rare opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on-site while connecting virtually with a robust network of SLP peers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology with active CCC
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Prior exposure to feeding/swallowing (safe eating) and AAC preferred (will train)
• Passion for working within life skills and inclusive education settings
• Flexibility to adapt across settings, managing approx. 33 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services according to each students IEP
• Support life skills and safe eating practices (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate with SpEd, paras, and on-site educational staff
• Document student progress and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Foster positive outcomes for diverse high school and elementary caseloads
