Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
- Several years of relevant experience preferred
- Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired or Communications Disorder Endorsement and/or State of Oregon SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Preferred experience with augmentative communication systems and students with moderate/severe disabilities
- Valid Oregon Drivers License (First Aid/CPR may be required)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills; strong sense of confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students with a range of abilities and needs
- Collaborate with special education professionals and allied support staff
- Utilize both high and low tech augmentative communication tools
- Engage parents, educators, and students in ongoing support and education
- Document progress and maintain student confidentiality
