Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) in the state of Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience working in school settings or with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
