Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) outlining targeted speech-language goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Document progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Work closely with team members to support student success in the classroom
- Educate and empower families and staff on communication strategies
