Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language interventions to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support communication goals in the classroom
• Maintain accurate progress notes and necessary documentation in compliance with educational and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and help guide families through the process
• Serve as a resource for speech and language development within the school community
