Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
  • Stay current with best practices and updates in the field of speech-language pathology
