Job Description

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
  • Ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students referred by educators or parents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and student support teams
  • Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for students from diverse backgrounds
