Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (CFY candidates welcome)
  • Previous experience with pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP services preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive learning outcomes for K-12 students

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative and evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support each students IEP goals and educational success
  • Monitor student progress and maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • May participate in teletherapy services as needed to support student access
