This contract role offers the chance to work with a diverse pediatric caseload, from early childhood through high school, helping students develop the vital communication skills they need for academic and social success.

Desired Background & Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings preferred
• Comfortable working across a range of age groups (Pre-K through Grade 12)
• Understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborative team practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Dedication to fostering student growth in both individual and group settings

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Documenting services and maintaining accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Providing consultative support and resources to staff and parents regarding students speech-language needs
