Job Description

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a contract position in a school setting in Esparto, CA, serving PreK and Kindergarten students. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week during the school year from August 20, 2026, to June 4, 2027. The caseload includes approximately 25-35 young students requiring speech and language services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy services to PreK and Kindergarten students to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state and school regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP).
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working in school settings is highly desirable.
  • Candidates licensed in other states will be considered if willing to obtain California licensure.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
