Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to start
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with students from various age groups and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and stay compliant with documentation standards
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and support to staff and parents to maximize student success
