Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered.
• Experience supporting pediatric populations, especially within school environments.
• Familiarity with virtual service delivery and teletherapy platforms.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in alignment with IEP goals.
• Document progress, maintain comprehensive session notes, and participate in IEP meetings with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide teletherapy and/or onsite therapy, ensuring access and quality interventions for all assigned students.
• Engage with teachers, families, and administrators to foster communication support throughout the school community.
• Remain current with professional best practices, regulatory standards, and district protocols.
