Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered.
- Experience supporting pediatric populations, especially within school environments.
- Familiarity with virtual service delivery and teletherapy platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in alignment with IEP goals.
- Document progress, maintain comprehensive session notes, and participate in IEP meetings with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide teletherapy and/or onsite therapy, ensuring access and quality interventions for all assigned students.
- Engage with teachers, families, and administrators to foster communication support throughout the school community.
- Remain current with professional best practices, regulatory standards, and district protocols.
