Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but those with a strong passion for school-based therapy are warmly encouraged to apply
- Teletherapy skills and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Dedication to serving students and a collaborative mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Maintain documentation, track student progress, and participate in eligibility or IEP meetings as needed
- Deliver services either on-site or via teletherapy, adapting approaches to best serve each student
