Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a school setting in the Lancaster, PA area, covering the months from April through June. The contract position offers an engaging environment to support students communication development and work collaboratively with educational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Pennsylvania state licensure for SLP.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ability to work as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting student growth.
