Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to tailor therapy to individual student needs
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary and school-based teams
• Provide resources and training to support staff and families as needed
