Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor therapy to individual student needs
- Dedication to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional learning
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary and school-based teams
- Provide resources and training to support staff and families as needed
