Job Description

Provide specialized speech therapy services as a Speech Language Pathologist within a school setting in the Harrisburg, PA area, including Perry, Dauphin, and Cumberland counties, with particular focus on Shippensburg, Carlisle, and Harrisburg. This full-time contract position requires in-person work and offers the opportunity to support early intervention for children aged 3-5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to children in early intervention programs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to adjust therapy goals accordingly
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in meetings and provide input on student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)

Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology certification
  • Experience working with young children in early intervention settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • On-site positions in Harrisburg, PA and surrounding counties including Perry, Dauphin, Cumberland, especially around Shippensburg and Carlisle
