This contract opportunity runs from August 2026 through May 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 35 hours weekly. Flexibility is essential, as assignments may include working across different schools and age groups to match evolving student needs.
Your expertise will support a variety of communication disorders, utilizing a workload model that emphasizes meaningful impact over caseload numbers. Whether you're a seasoned CCC-SLP, a pediatric specialist, or advancing through your CFY, this role promises invaluable experience across diverse student populations.
Qualifications:
- Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or eligible CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience in school settings and/or with pediatric populations preferred
- Willingness to work flexibly with various ages and disabilities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy in accordance with IEP requirements
- Screen, assess, and document student progress in diverse school settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and adapt treatment plans to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
