Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract basis for the upcoming academic year. This role provides the opportunity to support diverse learners in a school environment, beginning July 27, 2026 and continuing through June 4, 2027. Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred)
- Valid G License issued by the NC Department of Public Instruction (required)
- Licensure from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (may be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics to identify communication needs
- Create and oversee individualized intervention plans, working closely with educators and families
- Provide professional guidance and expertise to support staff and school teams
- Engage in planning, documentation, and progress monitoring to ensure outstanding student outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology for the school setting
