Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and maintain effective intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
- Educate staff and caregivers on best practices to support speech and language development
