Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
  • Passion for helping students reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and maintain effective intervention strategies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs
  • Educate staff and caregivers on best practices to support speech and language development
