Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in educational settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to inform individualized student needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, and communication
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Document therapy progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare evaluation reports
• Consult with educators, staff, and families to support the generalization of learned skills into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and training sessions as needed
• Provide resources and guidance to school personnel and parents
