Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct, in-person services at an educational facility in Elyria, OH. This position offers both full-time and part-time openings, welcoming experienced professionals as well as those in their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The SLP will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist, including Clinical Fellowship candidates
  • Experience working with children in elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related disorders
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting educational and communicative growth in school-aged children
