Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with school-aged populations, including elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills
  • Willingness to work on-site and engage effectively with school staff, students, and families
  • Clinical Fellows will be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent communications, and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to various age groups and academic needs
