Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings and evaluations as required
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student progress and strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely records and communication as required by school guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
