Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings and evaluations as required
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families on student progress and strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely records and communication as required by school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
