Job Description

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Current and valid NY Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • NY TSSLD license required
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students in grades K-12
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in the multidisciplinary team approach
