As a valued Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License
- Have current ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply)
- Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Communicate clearly with children, teachers, and families
- Show a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide evidence-based therapy for elementary-aged students in need of speech and language support
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate results to parents and staff
- Participate in parent meetings and case conferences as required
- Contribute to building positive relationships within the school community

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
