As a valued Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid Maryland Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Have current ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply)
  • Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Communicate clearly with children, teachers, and families
  • Show a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide evidence-based therapy for elementary-aged students in need of speech and language support
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Document progress, maintain records, and communicate results to parents and staff
  • Participate in parent meetings and case conferences as required
  • Contribute to building positive relationships within the school community
