Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Nevada
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children strongly desired
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute meaningfully to the educational community
