A rewarding contract opportunity is now available for a dedicated SLP to support elementary students during the 2026-2027 school year. With a manageable caseload and the chance to work onsite, youll provide vital services and see the direct impact of your care.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Nebraska SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Commitment to best practices for elementary caseloads
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Your Role:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students across 1-2 school sites
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40-60 students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and provide regular progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where every childs voice matters
Position Details:
- Contract duration: August 13, 2026 May 27, 2027
- Onsite role, 37.5 hours per week
