Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students across diverse age groups, including Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address students unique needs
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student progress
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Document student progress, maintain case records, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students, parents, and school staff
