Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
• Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation in an educational setting
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in schools preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation data
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Attend meetings and contribute expertise to help determine appropriate interventions
