Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation in an educational setting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in schools preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation data
- Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Attend meetings and contribute expertise to help determine appropriate interventions
