Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across elementary grades (K-5) for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a meaningful impact on childrens communication skills. Youll engage with young learners, collaborate with educators, and help students reach their full potential in a supportive school environment, working onsite for 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement
- Experience or interest in pediatrics, elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-5 students
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress, documenting interventions and results
- Work alongside teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and insights
