Key Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Prior experience working with school-aged children is advantageous
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced school environment

What Youll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop therapy plans tailored to individual student needs and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and interdisciplinary team activities
• Provide screenings and consultations as needed
• Foster a positive, communicative atmosphere that encourages student success
