Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are welcome
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student population

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress and IEP compliance
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide expert input for student goals
• Offer guidance, resources, and education to staff and parents
