Qualifications and Experience:

- Current and valid state licensure and credential for school-based practice

- Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as appropriate
