Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in a school setting, is highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings to evaluate students needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions to support students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote students academic success
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and services rendered
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development opportunities

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
