Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in El Cajon, CA, providing onsite services in a middle school setting across three schools. This contract role offers a valuable opportunity for experienced clinicians dedicated to supporting adolescent students communication needs within an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for middle school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP licensure is required
  • Experience working with middle school-aged children preferred
  • Background in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy is a plus
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with school staff and families

This position is based onsite in El Cajon, California, serving three local schools with a focus on middle school caseloads.
