Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized educational plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
