Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school or similar settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY may be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and implement therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student outcomes
• Adapt and modify therapy plans as needed to best address each childs needs
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning and development
