Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting working with children pre-K through high school is valued
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and provide direct therapy services
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork, student growth, and community involvement

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support educational progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet school and state guidelines
  • Advocate for students and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
