This opportunity is for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric and school settings to provide essential services within an educational environment. The position is based onsite in Edmond, OK, with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, serving a caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations.
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to pediatric and school-aged populations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
