Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to new settings with enthusiasm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Track progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Educate teachers and staff on best communication practices and strategies
