A contracted position is available for three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential services within elementary schools featuring high Autism and preschool populations. The role begins in September 2026 and extends for approximately 12 weeks, offering 35+ hours per week onsite in Edison, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students from preschool through 5th grade.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district standards.
- Support students with diverse communication needs, particularly those with Autism.
- Adhere strictly to NJ state licensure and certification requirements.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid New Jersey SLP License and NJ School Speech-Language Specialist (SLS) Certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered if they secure outside supervision.
- Experience working within school settings, especially with students who have Autism, is highly valued.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Must be available to work onsite with no remote options.

- Positions located at elementary schools in the Edison, NJ area, including schools serving Sewaren and Iselin communities.
