In this contract role, you will collaborate with educators and families to deliver impactful speech and language services, helping students succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid Minnesota SLP license is required.
• School-based experience is preferred for seamless integration into the district environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations across various age groups.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop treatment plans addressing each students unique speech and language needs.
• Provide direct intervention to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust goals as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Offer consultative support to classroom teachers for implementing effective communication strategies in the classroom.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology within educational settings.
