Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Holds an active and current Minnesota SLP license (required)
  • Previous experience in a K-12, school-based setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with students and faculty
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions across a range of grade levels
  • Develop, update, and present progress reports for families and school staff
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and support the IEP process
  • Consult with teachers and caregivers to foster supportive learning environments
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
