Required Qualifications:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Minnesota
• Background providing services in school environments is preferred
• Comfortable working with a diverse student population ranging from early elementary to high school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster student progress
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop effective support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
