Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students' communication and learning! We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists, fully licensed with CCC credentials, to provide expert SLP services in a dynamic educational setting near Eden Prairie, MN.
This assignment spans the 2026-2027 school year, beginning September 8, 2026 and concluding June 10, 2027, guaranteeing you 37.5 hours per week. Each SLP will work onsite in a single building, serving a caseload of 20-40 students, primarily in Setting 4 classroomsfostering meaningful connections and making a substantial impact on the school community.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Minnesota and ASHA CCC required
- Previous experience in school-based SLP settings desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence managing individualized caseloads
- Ability to tailor interventions for students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students in Setting 4
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with special educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Provide support and resources for teachers and paraprofessionals as needed
