Step into an impactful role supporting students for the 20262027 academic year as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist. In this position, youll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 4560 students at a single campus near Eden Prairie, MN, delivering both direct and indirect services as well as conducting evaluations within a supportive school environment.

Your expertise in pediatrics and school-based settings will ensure students receive the communication services they need to thrive. As part of a collaborative team, you will have a dedicated space for therapy and utilize the districts IEP systemwith training provided to ensure a smooth transition. Administrative hours and paid team meetings are included to support your ability to provide comprehensive care, and the district offers immediate support with a flexible Zoom interview process and prompt decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP license in Minnesota.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload while delivering quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to K12 students.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP development, meetings, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Stay current on best practices and attend provided trainings.
