Job Description

This contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist places you within a public school district, where your expertise will help K-12 students reach their fullest potentialall within one welcoming school building.

Your role will focus on evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders, creating an uplifting impact on students academic and social experiences. Youll work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, offering services to a diverse range of learners, collaborating closely with educators and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads highly valued
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to support diverse student populations from kindergarten through 12th grade

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
  • Assess, identify, and document students needs using current best practices
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with state and district guidelines
